If you care for a spouse, a family member, a friend, a former life partner, or a neighbour, you are a caregiver.

Whether your loved one lives with you, in their own home, far away in a different province, or is in a residence, if you provide them support, you are a caregiver.

If you drive them to an appointment, drop-off groceries, help them with household chores or join them for a coffee and chat, you are a caregiver.

Make sure to reach out for help!  Resources do exist for caregivers of all ages!
