Information on COVID-19 Symptoms & Testing:

If you are worried about COVID‑19 or if you have flu-like symptoms or gastroenteritis symptoms or similar to COVID‑19, you can call, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m, 819-644-4545, 1-877-644-4545(toll free) or 1-800-361 9596 (TTY for the hearing impaired).

Remember!  Do not go to a medical clinic unless you have first obtained an appointment.  If your condition allows you to do so, call 1-877-644-4545 to be referred to the right resource.  Visit the emergency room only if you have difficulty breathing (you have difficulty breathing when resting or are unable to breathe when lying down).

Try the COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment Online Tool from Quebec. ca for you, your child, or another member of your family, whom you believe may have been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms.

The Government of Québec is recommending residents download the COVID-19 Alert App on their devices

If you do not have any of these symptoms and you have a health problem, you can consult a health professional, even during the pandemic. It is especially important to continue your medical follow-up if you have a chronic disease, heart disease, cancer or any other disease or condition that requires regular health follow-up.
