- Defines the people and situations referred to by the concerted intervention process;
- Formalizes the responsibilities and commitments of the partners to establish a collaboration implementation process; and
- Sets the general guidelines supporting the implementation of a concerted intervention process in each of the socio-health regions of Quebec.
The deployment of this concerted intervention process will be implemented in all of the socio-health regions of Quebec in 3 phases from February 2018 to March 2020, with the Outaouais being in the 3rd phase (See Entente-Cadre National, French only).
