Préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires
Orderlies provide basic care and physical assistance to patients to contribute to their recovery or help them maintain their health. They are part of the team of nurses and nursing assistants and auxiliaries, making sure to give proper care to beneficiaries, respect their integrity and dignity, and follow instructions that contribute to their well-being. They help the beneficiaries in the morning, with meals, and at bedtime. This work includes assisting beneficiaries with washing, dressing or undressing, and also charge of the bedding. Orderlies work primarily in hospitals, in nursing homes, and long-term care and rehabilitation centres.
SALARY
$19.47 to $21.37 per hour

PREREQUISITES
High school diploma with Sec III English, French, and Math
