A great resource guide! “My Path to Recovery” is for people living with mental health challenges. It includes the shared experiences of four individuals who share their stories on how their mental health affects their daily life. Included are also tools and strategies that can help improve quality of life and help with recovery.
I have learned that, in order to properly deal with my mental health challenges, I must put myself at the centre of my recovery; I must acknowledge my challenges in order to better resolve them and determine how to use resources that can help me. Therefore, it is up to me to choose my path rather than letting my path decide what will become of me.
