This portrait has been developed by Connexions and the Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN) in collaboration with the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux des Collines de l’Outaouais (CISSSO) to contribute to a more in-depth understanding of the English-speaking communities within the MRC des Collines municipalities of Chelsea, Cantley, La Pêche, and Val-des-Monts.

Health Profiles of English-speaking Communities
The Baseline Data Report series assembled between 2003-2013 gives profiles of the population-health situation of the English-speaking minority by listing particular demographic characteristics and vitality issues which vary greatly across Quebec’s 16 administrative health regions.

Partners for Better Care
The Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN) works in partnership with volunteer community organizations and with government agencies at the federal, provincial, and local levels to find innovative solutions that provide more equitable access to health and social services for English-speaking Canadians in all regions of Quebec.

The CHSSN is a network of 57 community organizations, resource providers, and public institutions aiming to ensure and improve access to health and social services in English for English-speaking communities throughout Quebec.
