Available on all types of devices, the Québec Health Booklet is a digital service managed by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec. It’s free, easy to use and secure, and is intended as your one-stop reference to your health information.
You can consult your Health Booklet for:
- your list of pharmacy-served medications from the last 5 years.
- results of your medical imaging reports (i.e., radiology, magnetic resonance, ultrasound, mammography, etc), and
- lab tests, including , including blood and urine tests.
