We’re still buzzing with energy from last Thursday’s Western Québec School Board’s College, University, and Trades Information evening at Hadley Junior & Philemon Wright High School!
Our dynamic Connexions crew, including MaCayla Nesbitt-Batten, Shelley Heaphy, and Cassandra Hope Sydor, lit up our kiosk with their passion and expertise, sharing the ins and outs of our services with the wonderful folks of Outaouais.
Amid the hubbub and excitement, we completely forgot to capture the moment with a crowd photo! But fear not, we have some snapshots of our team’s beaming faces to share with you. We captured MaCayla at the kiosk pre-event and Shelley and Cassandra post-event, glowing with the success of the night on the steps of Philemon.
Although we may have missed taking pics during the event, we certainly didn’t forget to spotlight the McGill Health and Social Services Community Leadership Bursary Program! This fantastic initiative offers financial incentives for students from the Outaouais region to pursue their studies in health and social services and encourages them to give back to their community upon graduation.

A heartfelt thanks to the Western Québec School Board for including us in such an inspiring evening! Here’s to nurturing a stronger community together!
