Gentle Stretching For Strength, Balance & Flexibility | Virtual Classes For The 55+ | Winter Session

The practice of gentle movements and stretching makes day-to-day life feel easier, helps calm our body and mind, and also improves our overall health and well-being.
A moving body is a healthier body and this helps prevent injuries, boost our immune system, release stress and improve quality of life.
Join us virtually Thursday mornings on January 26, February 9 & 23 and March 9 & 23 from 10 am to 11 am for gentle stretching classes to improve your strength, balance and flexibility.
With special guest, Kim Valiquette, Dance instructor, Dance Your Bliss.
Please note: This is a FREE event for seniors 55+.
