Massaging Your Child (3-5 years old)

Join us in-person Saturday, February 11 from 9:30 am to 11 am for a fun and relaxing session of massage with your child.
With special guest, Emilie Legris, Massage therapist, Sage Nature.
Location: The Aylmer Food Bank (67 rue du Couvent, Gatineau, Aylmer sector).
PLEASE NOTE: This is a free event. Your child must be between 3-5 years old. We advise participants to bring a yoga mat or blanket as this will be an “on the floor” activity.
