Join us Wednesday mornings on October 26, November 9 & 23 and December 7 & 21 from 10 am to 11 am for a fun series of virtual yoga workshop as we bring body, mind and spirit into a state of harmony and balance.
We will focus on the sensations that arise as you breathe and move, bridges the gap between body and mind. Even a little yoga will keep you feeling younger, more capable in your body and, ultimately, more independent as you age… which we all do!
With special guest, Lynda Pedley, MBA, Professional level registered yoga teacher, Certified Yoga Therapist, Certified iRest® Meditation Teacher, Integral Master Coach™, and Certified Personal Trainer.
