Healthy Series of Infographics & Resources for our 55+ Community

Healthy eating underpins strong immune systems, a lower risk of diabetes and heart disease, and a long, happy life. The food we eat strongly impacts our mental well-being, and influences how well we manage our emotions.

Here are a few infographics on Healthy Eating created by four of our Volunteer Students from Ottawa University in the Nutrition Program.  These infographics and related resources were created and compiled by our students based on a fall 2021 survey that our Outaouais community completed.
