School transitions are key moments in a young person’s education, and each one comes with its share of anticipation and stress. Starting high school is no different. Pathways to Education provides youth from low-income communities with the resources they need to graduate from high school and break the cycle of poverty. Graduation rates in the communities where they work have increased by up to an average of 85 per cent.
