We have an Outreach Worker for seniors that is here to listen to you without judgment, help you find the services you need, and support you throughout your journey.
For example, we can provide you with assistance in improving your connection or reconnection with relevant health services, social services, and community resources. Reconnecting you socially with your community and contributing to the improvement of your well-being, autonomy, and maintaining your active participation in the community. We can also help you find solutions to other challenges you may face.
