Join us virtually on Thursdays, September 19, October 17, November 14, and December 12 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am for our Groove Method dance classes!

This is a healthy and fun way to nurture your body, heart, mind, and soul. There is no wrong way to move your body. These virtual classes are for you. If you can move, you can groove!

With special guest, Kim Valiquette, Dance Instructor, Dance Your Bliss.

PLEASE NOTE: When registering for this event, you are registering for all activity dates within the series. This is a FREE series for adults 55+.
