Join us virtually on Thursday, October 3 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm to learn how screen time is linked to youth mental health and what can you do to support your child and protect them.

What will be covered: 

• Understanding the societal shift towards over-protection of children and the impact of cell phones and social media on current generation
• How can we work together to make this change possible, as well as what therapeutic strategies can you use as a parent.
• What are some of the common scenarios faced by parents and guidance about how to intervene (creating better sleep routines, protecting family time and teaching responsible use of
  social media).
