Register now with your contact information and we’ll reach out to you to set up a 30-minute phone call that works into your schedule. These conversations are confidential and meant to bring some ease into your life in whatever way you need!

Please note that our Mental Health & Wellness Check-Ins are only available to residents of the Outaouais region (Québec).
