Join us at our Man Talk peer support Group, a safe and confidential space for men. Here, you can openly talk about personal challenges and share your views with understanding peers. This group is all about providing support, sharing experiences, and building a sense of community. Join us to connect, share, and find camaraderie in a respectful and empathetic environment.

PLEASE NOTE: This free peer support group welcomes residents of the Outaouais region who identify as men.

Location: Aylmer Food Bank, 67 rue Couvent, Gatineau, (Aylmer sector).
