Connexions Resource Centre is dedicated to promoting the health, social wellbeing, and vitality of the English-speaking community through empowerment, participation and collaboration within the Outaouais. Now, as we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our board of directors.
As a board member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring financial sustainability, and maximizing our impact. Your expertise and passion will help us navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and ultimately, make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Connexions is looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for our mission and a willingness to dedicate time, energy, and resources to support the work of the organization. Board members must also work collaboratively with fellow board members, staff, volunteers, and external partners to achieve common goals and maximize impact. - Community Engagement: Strong connections within the community and the ability to engage with stakeholders, build partnerships, and advocate for our cause.
- Leadership and Decision-Making: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead by example, inspire others, and make informed decisions in the best interest of the organization.
