Nobody’s Perfect Parenting Workshop | In-Person | Aylmer

FreeNew parenting program for English-speaking parents!
Join us in-person starting Saturday, February 24, for our Nobody’s Perfect workshop series hosted by our trained facilitators. This 6-week program will help you, as a parent, learn and develop the best parenting strategies to support your children.
This program will use a participant centered, strengths-based approach. Parents can expect to meet other parents like them, talk about their experiences, ask questions, and share concerns about parenting, discover ways of positive parenting, and more!
The workshops will be held on the following dates:
- Saturday, February 24 from 10 am to 12 pm
- Saturday, March 2 from 8 am to 12 pm
- Saturday, March 16 from 10 am to 12 pm
- Saturday, March 23 from 8 am to 12 pm
- Saturday, April 6 from 10 am to 12 pm
- Saturday, April 13 from 10 am to 12 pm
Location: Aylmer Food Bank, 67 rue du Couvent, Gatineau. (Aylmer sector).
Facilitated by Krishnan Sundaram, Community Health & Wellness Facilitator, Connexions Resource Centre and Shelley Heaphy, Community Outreach and Engagement Coordinator for the Pontiac, Connexions Resource Centre.
Light refreshments will be served.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a free series for parents of children between 0-5 years old. Participants must attend all six sessions.
