Connexions provides a number of services and supports for children and their families!
Free activities and workshops for parents with young children on a full range of topics, including legal information, starting kindergarten, developmental skills and more. We also offer mental health and wellbeing check-ins and referral service for parents needing help accessing health and social services within the Outaouais.

Our Playgroup program provides a social-support network for English-speaking parents of young children (0-5 years) that includes health promotion activities and information. Find out more!

You can now borrow one of our Let’s Play & Talk Kits from from four of our partners in the MRC des Collines. The Kits include speech & language resources, games and children’s books. Find out more!
